Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-time Or Full -time Insurance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental offices, possess knowledge of dental terminology, and be proficient in insurance verification and dental coding.
Duties:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
- Process insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and insurance information
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Assist patients with insurance-related inquiries and provide clear explanations
- Stay updated on changes in insurance policies and guidelines
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure accurate billing and coding
